The new app for cycling teams
Service Course brings together races, riders, staff, cars, hotels and the programme. The team manager plans, and everyone only gets what applies to them.

Four steps. You plan in one place, and the team is told when you are ready.
Type it in, copy an earlier race, or let AI read the race guide.
Choose riders, staff and cars. You are told if someone is also on another race.
Get a suggestion for cars and rooms, or place people yourself.
Each person gets their own schedule and replies directly in the app.
Dashboard
You see the next race, who has confirmed and what needs action, before you have to go looking for it.
Assign automatically
The app makes a suggestion based on the team. You see everything before anything is saved, and nothing is sent out by itself.
AI
Upload the guide, or paste the text from an email. AI fills in the name, place, dates and programme, so you only have to check it. It also works with the hotel's booking confirmation.
It is only a suggestion. Nothing is saved until you have approved it.
For riders and staff
Room, transport, schedule, documents and tasks together on the phone. You reply yes or no with one tap, and if you decline you can say why.
If you change something, only those affected are told. The message arrives in the app and by email, and notifications can be turned on on the phone.
The whole season in one monthly view with races, camps, test days and meetings.
Tasks and equipment with someone responsible, such as licences, race numbers and spare wheels.
Write to everyone, only to riders or only to staff on each race.
Add the start list and road book to the race, so the team has them to hand.
Programme, team, cars, hotels and checklist in one PDF that prints well.
Reuse team, cars, hotels, tasks and programme. The dates move along.
